  2. www.surfermates.com is operated by Barry Dowd and Matthew Barlow (we).
  3. Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide without notice. We will not be liable if our site or any part of it, is unavailable at any time. Passwords or any information forming part of our security, user access or account procedures, must be kept confidential by users. We have the right to disable any user account at any time. You are responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our site through your internet connection or computer are aware of these terms, and that they comply with them.
  4. IPR - We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site. All such rights are reserved. You may not use any part or materials on our site without obtaining a license to do so.

You understand that removed content may persist in backup copies for a reasonable period of time.

  1. surfermates.com (our site) is a participation website involving the recording of physical activity. By using our site you agree that Barry Dowd and Matthew Barlow (we) shall not be liable for any property damage to you or any third party. Our site users participate on the sole understanding that they do so at their own risk.

We reserve the right to provide both the registered user and claimant with all correspondence to aid a swift resolution.
